Наша компания производит литьевые пресс-формы любой степени сложности, в том числе и оригинальной литьевой оснастки, позволяющей получать изделия высокой точности литьем при повышенном давлении.
Производство прессформ предусматривает выполнение следующих этапов:
- Заказчик предоставляет образец отливки или чертеж изделия, для которого нужно сделать литьевую прессформу.
- Заказчик предоставляет техническое задание на изготовление прессформы, в котором указывает свои требования к изделию, материалы, условия эксплуатации, а также планируемые объемы производства продукции (в зависимости от объемов производства рассчитывается ресурс и число гнезд в пресс-форме).
- Проектирование прессформы и процесс разработки конструкторской документации. На данном этапе производится создание 3D модели будущего изделия, что позволяет наглядно увидеть, каким оно будет на выходе.
- Изготовление литьевой пресс-формы.
- Изготовление образцов продукции на новой пресс-форме и предоставление их заказчику. Последующая доработка изделия в соответствии с замечаниями заказчика.
- Изготовление требуемого числа изделий.
- Доставка пресс-формы заказчику.
Мы осуществляем изготовление пресс-форм на заводе в Росси и на заводе в КНР с последующим ее импортированием в Россию.
Изготовление осуществляется за достаточно короткое время и по конкурентоспособным ценам.

Срок поставки 3-3,5 месяца. Сроки могут варьироваться, в зависимости от ряда факторов, таких как загруженность производства и сложность пресс-формы.
