Отличительными особенностями фонаря является низкое потребление электроэнергии, исключительно высокое время безотказной работы светильника (не менее 50 тыс. часов) и широкий спектр излучения (почти 90 % солнечного спектра). Источником питания фонаря служит герметичный кислотно-гелевый аккумулятор.
Сверху цилиндрического корпуса фонаря расположена поворотная ручка-скоба с фиксатором, что позволяет использовать фонарь в режиме прожектора. В фонаре предусмотрена электронная защита аккумулятора от глубокого разряда. Подзарядка аккумулятора производится от сетевого зарядного адаптера. Корпус и фара выполнены из прочного пластика и выдерживают удары при падении с высоты 2 метров. Фонарь защищен от ультрафиолетового излучения и проникновения вовнутрь воды.
